SHIPPING CONDITIONS
As a general rule, packages are shipped within 24 hours after receipt of payment, through CorreosExpress or Seur. The time until delivery will depend on the destination country, typically ranging from approximately 4 to 7 days. Please note that during specific days such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and the Christmas season, between December 20th and January 6th, orders may experience some additional delays. We are not responsible for such delays, as they are beyond our control once the packages are collected by the shipping company.
Shipping costs include handling and packaging fees, as well as postage costs. Handling fees have a fixed price, while transportation costs may vary depending on the total weight of the package. We advise you to group all your items into one order. We cannot combine two different orders, and shipping charges will apply to each one individually.
Shipping Policies
Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the area and destination country. The cost of shipping starts at 4.95€, except for promotions in which it may be free.
Currently, shipping is free for orders over 2000€.
For shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, as well as other European islands or regions with customs procedures, the customer should contact us via email at info@spanish-ham.com or by calling the phone number provided in the contact section. Direct online sales are not possible in these cases, and free shipping does not apply. The same applies to shipments outside the European Union, such as Africa, Asia, or the Americas.

Thanks to the efficiency of our logistics providers, we offer a usual order preparation time of between 1 and 2 business days from the purchase, depending on the order size, and a delivery time of up to 10 business days, depending on the destination country.
